Eligibility

- Notary Services are available to both firms and the public.

- Notary Signing Agent Services are only available to lenders, escrow offices and title companies, or through a signing service.

- Case Management Plans are only available to firms that practice personal injury.

- Client Empowerment Services are for any business that wishes to retain our services for their own specific needs in connection to a business setting.  We do not provide personal assistance services.

Service Modifications

- The services provided are detailed and specific to each plan, and may be modified with an upgrade to a plan.

- We reserve the right to cancel a service agreement at any time.

​

- Client has the right to cancel a service agreement at any time through their online member portal.

4. Use of Content
