Nevertheless, we understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel your membership. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning or canceling your membership with us.
Membership Cancellation
1. We offer a 15 -day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your membership for any reason within this timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund.
2. Refund Process: To request a refund within the 15-day period, please contact our customer support team at contactsupport@notarycorrea.com. We will guide you through the refund process, which may include providing a reason for cancellation and verifying your membership details.
3. Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, your membership must be in good standing, and you must not have violated our terms and conditions. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Membership Termination

1. Termination Requests: If you wish to terminate your membership after the 15-day money-back guarantee period, you can do so at any time. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the termination process or do so via your membership portal.
2. No Refund After the16th Day: Termination requests made after the 15th-day money-back guarantee period are not eligible for refunds for any work hours performed. Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Exceptions
1. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure events that prevent us from delivering the services included in your membership plan, we will work to find an equitable solution, which may include refunds or extensions. These cases will be handled on an individual basis.
